Featuring: New reggedized waterproof and shock resistant design, 8.0 mega pixels with ultra-rapid shutter response, 3x optical zoom and image stabilization, optional wide-angle 28 MM lens and built-in Bluetooth.

Bluetooth allows the camera to read GPS coordinates from your Trimble or other Bluetooth GPS unit and embed that information in each photo's .jpg file. With the GPS data and the images stored in the same place, all you have to do is download your photos and let GPS-Photo Link do the rest. Create web-based GIS reports complete with watermarked images, satellite photos, topo maps, and street maps. With the pictures automatically coded by your Ricoh camera, you have one less piece of equipment to carry.

GPS Module: Accuracy - 3 meters with WAAS, 10 meters when not receiving WAAS. Includes external antenna.

The Ricoh camera can store 5 different memos or field notes for each picture taken. GPS-Photo Link extracts these and places them in the output files (web pages, text and ESRI shape files). You can use the Ricoh Caplio software, List Editor, to create the lists and store them on your camera.
